      Great coworkers ,flexible schedule, not too far to commute

      Cons

      Management at all levels is a joke, HR is close to worthless. They promote work/life balance and concern about employees mental health. That's a joke. Integris is all about the money. Not the patients or their employees.And pay is NOT comparable to other health care facilities

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
