      Pros

      Caregivers are truly focused on providing best patient care. Very much a team atmosphere and lots of support. Compensation is fair. Frontloaded PTO. Excellent student loan repayment program

      Cons

      Some management seem to care more about survey scores than actual on the ground issues. Emphasis right now seems to be on company growth as opposed to improving quality of existing facilities

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
