      Pros

      INTEGRIS Health is a great organization. The comp and benefits are pretty good, but the best part is the people. I've never worked with a better team. I've worked with all levels of the organization, and everyone is dedicated to making INTEGRIS a great place to work.

      Cons

      INTEGRIS needs to work on career ladders throughout the system. Caregivers need to feel like there is room to grow within the organization.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
