So many - Leadership at the corporate level, VP and up are a disaster. Several departments have high turnover due to lack of coaching, development, and focus as well as employees being over-worked with zero appreciation. There are clear double-standards exhibited by leadership, and many depts have a chaos management approach with NO cadence to work and little to no support. The operating model is archaic and is overly time consuming. Many leaders are never held accountable for poor reviews and surveys, but look to blame parts of their team for as "scape goats". Very poor reputation with Insurance companies due to hostile approach and inefficiency.
