      Pros

      Great benefits package and compensation.

      Cons

      Not flexible and time off is hard to get if you are out of ppl. Good place to work, but non paid leave would be nice. There are not many advancement opportunities within and it makes it hard for people that would like to expand their knowledge or experience personal growth. It would be nice if they offered compensation for classes a person takes to improve their job performance or medical knowledge.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.

      Cons

      PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
