      Pros

      Friendly coworkers in small town hospital is like family.

      Cons

      Constant changes from administration in OKC make it difficult to keep long time employees. They also require you submit ideas and write ups to qualify for a raise, which is silly. There is also very little room for advancement.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
