Pros

The people you work with on a day to day basis are the biggest Pro with this company. Everyone does their best to complete the tasks at hand. Pay as a manager is good, but poor benefits to high priced.

Cons

Pay for the call center agents is below a living wage. Expected to work long hours and unreasonable expectations to meet the metrics. Bonus/Commission often incorrect in favor of Infinity. There is always a loop hole as to why bonus wasn't paid out correctly or on time.

Sorry to hear you think the work hours are long. We strive to provide a great work/life balance to all of our employees which is why we do not require any nights or weekends, little to no overtime and only work M-F 8:30-5:00.
