Pros
You get to say you work WITH Google and reap a few of the benefits. Management is generally pretty cool.
Cons
Constantly reminded that you work on a contract that can be cancelled at any time. Never feel job is secure. Lack of communication is astounding - client will say "you are amazing" and go to your boss and say "fire them." Never says what they mean or means what they say. Working really hard gets you nowhere. People sit around and watch youtube or play on facebook and keep their jobs and get paid well and commission. You work hard, show up on time and do your job everyday, get loaded with more and more responsibilities (promotions from the client) and get paid the same low amount with no bonuses, raises, or recognition for doing well. Everything is a popularity contest. Just like high school. G people treat you like a peon. They will talk down to you, and are rude and entitled brats - IF they notice you at all. If they are nice to your face, don't trust it. Don't trust anyone. Most will throw you under the buss in the blink of an eye.
