I have worked at Infogix for 9 years. It is a great atmosphere in a great location for those in the far west suburbs. Leadership genuinely cares about team members and offers good visibility into the company. It's a good feeling to come to work everyday knowing I am working with a great team. In a time when things seem uncertain in the job market overall, we are moving forward acquiring companies and offering excellent benefits. It is great working for a compassionate company to work with you if you're navigating through a trying time in your life, a great work/life balance. With open communication to Leadership, they will try their hardest to retain good people and help them grow their career. As far as fun activities, it's based upon each individual group. There is a yearly summer picnic for the home office and a nice holiday dinner, as well as smaller gatherings throughout the year. It's about what you make of it. Everyone is open to celebrating in their own way and make their group more fun. In my opinion, it is not up to the company to enforce those things.
