Pros

Excellent location in Naperville. Ok place if you are fresh out of college. As long as you do not have long term intentions. Get some experience and get out.

Cons

Toxic Co-workers, mediocre middle management. Software has limited use. Plus the mainframe product is riddled with bugs. Management not open to new ideas. Very Very Political shop.

Pros

People are good. Benefits are great.

Cons

Organic growth is nonexistent with current products. Software technology is dated and new product sales suffer. Management company must be aware of this since they promote company growth through acquisition. Products are unique and fulfill a niche which is good if the niche is a necessity. Unfortunately the functionality can be developed by their customers internally, if they want. This is where you end a career not build one.
