Organic growth is nonexistent with current products. Software technology is dated and new product sales suffer. Management company must be aware of this since they promote company growth through acquisition. Products are unique and fulfill a niche which is good if the niche is a necessity. Unfortunately the functionality can be developed by their customers internally, if they want. This is where you end a career not build one.
