Pros
None, except for the location if you live in the western suburbs. If you are employed and you get into the buddy system there, you will never have to work more than 7 hours a day. Great place for employees that just want to work a short day and leave.
Cons
This company is surviving on Mainframe Licenses that are dwindling. Massive cronyism and a large number of clickish toxic employees. They give 1 day notices and turnover is rampant. Quality employees leave. Leaving a lot of narrow minded management. They do not want advice and just want to protect themselves at the cost of the companies responsibilities'. They will pressure contractors to work for free and then blame them for management incompetence. Also, there are toxic employees that will sabotage your reputation for personal gain. They lack real experience of the IT world.
