Disgraceful - Manager Information Services Group Employee Review

There’s really nothing good to say about ISG, and even giving it a one star rating is a stretch. This company is toxic, the people in senior positions were only given their titles because they’re blow hards who suck up to the joke of a CEO. Having a strong work ethic gets you absolutely no where, and don’t plan on ever getting a bonus or raise regardless of whatever bs they tell you, the company is constantly making budget cuts. For a business whose existence depends on client satisfaction, they lay off or fire the people that are there to serve the clients, which makes zero sense. You’ll also be expected to take on multiple roles aside from your actual job but of course won’t be compensated for any of them. The ISG motto should be overworked and grossly underpaid.
