-No warnings given for mistakes, just talked down to
-Don't take into consideration people's personal feelings
-Does not give many holidays off like federal, get ready to work Christmas eve!
-Employee retention is horrible, they do not invest in their employees and then wonder why no one is happy
-You can be honest all you want, management does not care
-They have been saying they will go hybrid for years but still nothing has changed
