Unfortunately, there are many. This is a poorly run organization, lots of cooks in the kitchen. CEO thinks you should feel privileged to work for him. Constant turn over, constantly reinventing themselves, not making them better...only worse. Absolutely no job advancement, pay raises and working from home is not allowed. senior Management have to clock in and out, even for lunch. You are not trust, no HR professional on staff and family is promoted when they are failing at their job. The air is thick with toxicity.
