Pros
JobAdder fosters an extremely flexible and engaging workplace environment, with a happy and spirited team culture. This is not your typical 9 to 5 job. Expect work hard and play hard from the office, on the fly with your iphone and at home in your pyjamas! The best part about JobAdder for me is smashing personal and work set goals, but having 110% executive level backing with each win. We have these awesome "lifeadder" challenges which saw us do some pretty crazy things recently, including sky diving, trapeze, certification in deep sea water diving, marathon racing, motorbiking across Cape York and South Africa, beekeeping and quitting smoking!! Additionally, I love the fact that the organization as a whole is involved in most decision making processes, so there is always direction, clarity with every voice being heard. But again, I cannot stress how awesome the flexibility is.
Cons
I don't know if his is really a con, but work can become a little addictive.
