Management: Just when you thought you've reached the best of your potential, management is there to encourage and support you to go above and beyond your limitations - and succeed! Environment/Culture: A foundation that was built on strong morals to ensure each individual employee is felt like an extension of the business. Working with such a great team makes coming to work everyday an absolute pleasure. Clients: Our clients are awesome to deal with and are always up for a laugh This company is always thinking two steps ahead of the rest and it is so very exciting to be a part of it!!

Pros

Small enough team that people mostly got along. Base salary was not bad.

Cons

Very limited voice. Constant fear of being fired due to how management would interact with you. They did not fully understand who did what in the team. Did not show equal appreciation to all parties involved in releasing a quality product. Alcohol consumption was very encouraged. You would be shamed if you did not drink. Strict 8:30 - 5:30 work day. I am fine with the length of the work day but flexibility of start and end time would have been nice. Benefits were lacking in quality and quantity. That would be fine if the company gave a plus elsewhere such as schedule but it did not.

Thanks for your review. You are right in that cultures can vary from office to office, so we have worked hard to ensure everyone at JA understands our core company culture. This includes all employees coming to Sydney at least once a year to get to know the whole team. In the year since you were there a lot has changed and we are extremely happy with the team we have in the US now. Thanks again for your input and all the best.
