Pros

Supportive team, fantastic work environment. Amazing management. Incredibly supportive and encouraging towards your role and getting the most out of position. Very supportive and patient management. Great team environment, fantastic people to work with. Every body helps everybody great team comradeship. Fantastic equipped office. JobAdder has fantastic team bonding which I have never experienced anywhere else. They have a fantastic work environment which has the perfect balance of professional and fun. I haven't worked at a place that I have felt so appreciate and that my work is valued. I am incredibly lucky to be able to work at JobAdder.

Cons

None that I can think of. Working here has changed my life.

Pros

Small enough team that people mostly got along. Base salary was not bad.

Cons

Very limited voice. Constant fear of being fired due to how management would interact with you. They did not fully understand who did what in the team. Did not show equal appreciation to all parties involved in releasing a quality product. Alcohol consumption was very encouraged. You would be shamed if you did not drink. Strict 8:30 - 5:30 work day. I am fine with the length of the work day but flexibility of start and end time would have been nice. Benefits were lacking in quality and quantity. That would be fine if the company gave a plus elsewhere such as schedule but it did not.

Thanks for your review. You are right in that cultures can vary from office to office, so we have worked hard to ensure everyone at JA understands our core company culture. This includes all employees coming to Sydney at least once a year to get to know the whole team. In the year since you were there a lot has changed and we are extremely happy with the team we have in the US now. Thanks again for your input and all the best.
