Pros
- Excellent culture - very welcoming, enthusiastic, and supportive. You can literally reach out to anyone and they will be happy to help. It has always felt more like a family. - Flexible work arrangements - you can work from anywhere! We've had a lot of digital nomads throughout the years, and have people in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. The annual company meetups are a blast as well. - Opportunity for growth - because it is still quite a small company, there is a lot of opportunity for growth from within. - You are not just a number! I have worked for some very large companies in the past and it is very easy to go unnoticed and unappreciated. But here, I can reach out to our CEO directly, and have a very candid chat, and always feel supported in anything I need, or any ideas I bring to the table.
Cons
- Not a whole lot here, honestly - Growth can take some time - because it's a small company, it can take a while to progress, as it is much more reliant upon market growth. However, this is also great because you can make so much more of an impact as opportunities become available.
