Pros
I'm honestly shocked at the folks who have had a negative experience here at JHTNA. It feels like they're talking about a different company. My coworkers are compassionate, motivated, and communicative. They are some of the best I've worked with. In addition, I've been offered opportunities to explore new technologies and enhance my skillset. Most companies would prefer I spend that time rushing out standard, boilerplate, uninteresting code. But here, they truly care about helping you build out your career as a professional developer, and it shows. The PTO, benefits, and pay are great. The higher-ups are incredibly understanding when it comes to work-life balance and will work with you as long as you keep an open line of communication. Best of all, you will be spending your time developing a product that makes folks feel better, live better, and get healthier. This is an excellent place to work. Period.
Cons
I can't think of any. met the five word minimum.
