3yThank you for sharing your feedback. We have a great team of call center agents that enjoy helping and supporting each other. We've had rapid growth in the business in a tight labor market that sure makes it a challenge for our ongoing hiring in the call center. We continue to hire as fast as we can in order to reduce overtime occasions. Our leadership takes every precaution to prevent burnout by providing PTO and flextime. When OT has been required, it's been limited hours with the complete flexibility give to the Agent on when they'd prefer to complete the OT. We wish you the best in your future career endeavors!
