Great people, good benefit, subpar compensation - Quality Engineer Johnson Health Tech North America Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We do really enjoy working with our awesome group of employees and proud of our benefits program we offer. Our goal is to pay fair at market rate so I encourage to please come talk to HR or to your supervisor regarding your salary concerns. We would also like to hear more about your comment on poor amenities as we're confused since we have tons of new restaurants (sit down and fast food styles) that have gone in recently in addition to the established ones, Kwik Trip across the street, coffee shops, grocery stores, day care options, etc. Not quite sure what you'd be referring to but we welcome your feedback.
