Management was very unorganized and refused to communicate clear expectations and goals. It seemed like they were running a huge multi-million dollar company with the organization and strategy of a small, brand new business. It was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend working here unless you are a yes-man who is willing grin and pretend like everything is great.
