Poor management, poor equipment, unsafe vehicles, unsafe hours. And when something goes wrong, they blame you like your machine can break down and they'll be like, why can't you fix it? I'm not a mechanic. I don't know how to fix it.
You're never going to move up in this job. You are stuck in one place and one place only. And if you move up, you're basically just moving up to get fired. I worked there for two years and watched three managers get fired in the time I've been there.
