Pros

Long hours equal good paychecks.

Cons

Poor management, poor equipment, unsafe vehicles, unsafe hours. And when something goes wrong, they blame you like your machine can break down and they'll be like, why can't you fix it? I'm not a mechanic. I don't know how to fix it. You're never going to move up in this job. You are stuck in one place and one place only. And if you move up, you're basically just moving up to get fired. I worked there for two years and watched three managers get fired in the time I've been there.

You could die or develop some horrible cancer or injury from the lack of safety and amount of exposure to dangerous chemicals

Profoundly Incompetent Leadership: The executive team and upper management are completely unqualified to run a business. They make erratic, illogical decisions with zero strategic vision, constantly moving the goalposts and leaving employees to scramble and clean up the mess.
