The company is great at promoting from within so there is a lot of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

A lot of new improvements being made to processes, so there are always new things rolling out, but again it's an attempt at improvement.

Pros

Decent pay, laid-back peers, some positions allow for solitary work. Enjoyable work in the field more often than not.

Cons

The management does not care about its employees, the location is falling apart, funding/equipment is lacking, vehicles are worked until they break down, and job security is fragile to the moods of management.

Weekly paycheck Always hiring They take on every job with a can-do attitude Some of upper management seems fair to work with.

Cons

The company reinforces that they're a micro-management company Quality of Life Feels like most upper Management is detached from local operations. VERY high stress as Operations Manager
