Terrible management, terrible equipment always broken, absolutely no training. They'll send you out of town (without training) in terrible trucks that constantly break down. They'll take your Per Diem back if you don't use it all while you're out of town. They want you to work 12 to 15 hours every day. They steal a half an hour of your time weather you take lunch or not and nickle and dime their employees like crazy. Time clock is always messed up so good luck getting your correct pay (track your own hours). No one cares so there is a really high turnover rate and the people who stay are lazy and stupid criminals. If you leave anything at the shop or in the trucks it will be stolen. PPE is a joke so expect chemical burns on your skin. You're hired on as a "Power washer" but won't wash, instead you'll be on hot roofs changing air conditioner filters. Employees do not do a good job.
