Pros
Families, children and other teachers are great! You can make some really good friends and long lasting relationships with families
Cons
Management is AWFUL! They don't listen, they don't communicate and they don't manage. They don't like confrontation so they make their employees figure everything out themselves like time off or leaving for a drs appointment. Over 20 employees at one center complained to upper level management about the director and nothing got done and no emails got replied to. The only thing they care about is the families and they take their teachers for granted which is why the turnover is so high
