The families The children Some decent friends you can make

If you have an opinion don't bother trying to express it here. They will reprimand you for even thinking your own opinion. The directors have a two year degree and expect their teachers to have four year degrees. A teacher is more qualified than the director. Directors are very passive aggressive, double standard, and just unhealthy toxic place to work.

Pros

Director has confidence in employees and doesn't micro manage. Staff and children are assigned rooms so there is no shuffling around each day. Director and operations coordinator provide what the teachers need to succeed. Staff works four 10 - hour days which allows for personal appointments, etc. to be taken care of on day off.

Cons

Taking time off can be difficult at times but management always tries to accommodate if possible. Pay is low for the level of education required.

Pros

Reasonably good pay and I enjoyed working with the ladies in the program.

Cons

Management didn't seem to be concerned about getting things done or resolved. At times I felt that they were clueless about what was the going on. They wanted to please clients more than keep their employees happy.
