It is a joy to work with so many passionate and talented educators of young children. Each day you experience the purity and sweetness of the young mind.

Cons

Pay for childcare workers (in general) is quite low. Unfortunately, this leads to very high turnover in the industry. Many leave the career in hopes of higher earning potential.
