If you have an opinion don't bother trying to express it here. They will reprimand you for even thinking your own opinion. The directors have a two year degree and expect their teachers to have four year degrees. A teacher is more qualified than the director. Directors are very passive aggressive, double standard, and just unhealthy toxic place to work.
