Pros

There is a ton of freedom and room for creativity and initiation. Ask how to do something and someone will teach you, as long as you are willing to learn. Current management will also give you as much support as they can. The most warm and welcoming place for anyone and everyone who is willing to work hard at connecting and teaching families and children.

Cons

Intense pace (it is an early hood education after all), lots of accommodations to be mindful of, and some disorganization for last minute events and projects.
