Some good people. But not too many. New private equity owners are all about squeezing dollars.

Pipe dreams sold HR/management doesn’t know how to effectively handle problem employees leading to the departure of several capable associates Lots of old “cliques” in the company that make moving up impossible Nepo baby culture since a lot of associates have or had a parent also working at the company. Those nepo babies seems to get promoted more often then no nepo babies Benefits are terrible
