It's a job, most of the people are nice, nice break room, good employee discount
Cons
where to start: Parking is a pain, time clock....literally have to punch a time clock even if you are salaried. 30 minute lunch breaks, systems are lackluster, no real ladder that I have seen to climb to the next level. The company is family run and an outdated family and way of running the business.
