Hello - thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback! As you noted, we are a family-owned and operated business and we really try and get the whole work-life balance right. Your note about vacation time is something we will look at. Time does increase with the amount of years an employee has been with the company, and we are always looking for ways to improve the policy and use it to create the right work balance for our employees.
