Lamps Plus is very outdated. The systems they use are really old and constantly crashing. They really think that they don’t need to do any marketing to keep the business however, they’re constantly closing stores.
No feedback is taken. Management is AlWAYS right. Don’t even think about going to HR because they don’t care. All they do is tell you why the way you’re feeling is invalid.
The job…. Sucks! Policies change daily, everyone gives different answers, there’s no help from management because they want you to read their training doc from 1570. They have you calling people to correct their emails in 2021.
There’s no guidance, No coachings, nothing. You only know what you’re doing wrong from an email they send blaming and attacking you for your work. No recognitions whatsoever.
Lamps Plus doesn’t care about their employees. There are no team bonding activities not they take care of their employees mental health. You have to work every holiday, do a lot of overtime and be your managers best friend to be recognized. Work life balance doesn’t exist here.
