Low pay, low end benefits, antiquated technology, disengaged leadership, complacent/dated company culture. Managers lack management skills. Leadership has no concept of employee satisfaction. The turnover rate speaks for itself. Unless you’re in sales, you aren’t of much value. Absolutely NO upward mobility, no recognition. The systems and processes are absurdly outdated and inefficient. No company of this magnitude should be operating this way in 2023. The lack of innovation, structure and standards kills morale. Working here is like going back in time even the HR practices aren’t up to date.
