Though you got a check, it eas never enough to get you financially ahead if you were a minority, however armenians seemed to be favored and always got promoted and got constant pay raises...and the hoops you had to go thru for the promised bonuses only to have the bar set way too high, then it be yanked away for 1 minor thing. You could have reached 9 out of 10 things on that bar, but the 1 caused you to not get it. Minorities had the same bar as the main demographics of employees, who would be told they easily passed the hard to reach goals that minorites were told failed at. Coincidentally only those of a favored demographic reach the high standard bar and their equipment never failed like those of minorities. When you reached out to management you were left to fend for yourselves and since you were commission based if you didnt meet the requirements due to equipment failure, they demoted your a tier of pay to further make your hard efforts be effortless.
