Supplied all equipment to work from home, including separate internet connection. Very supportive management. Ample resources, references, and documentation of processes, product knowledge, and policies. Paid training. Customer Service Dept, Chat entire department and is a great resource.
Cons
8-hr/day virtual training is hard to get through. Remote employees are expected to say they work in the office in Redlands, if asked. Outgoing calls must be approved, which often lengthens call times and delays updates.
