- Since you are part-time and non-commissioned, be prepared to give up customers to employees who work on commission, even if they want to keep working with you. -Working with clients who try to install fans themselves instead of utilizing our services, and then demand we refund them or drive out there to fix it when installation is done incorrectly, despite it not being covered by warranty in those instances.
