Pros
Lots of opportunities for training and growth. A job where what you earn depends on your own drive and ability to sell/upsell/maintain customer relationships.
Cons
Understaffing meant everyone was consistently overworked. 10-hour work days with very few days off. Corporate was only interested in hiring when overworked employees quit, not in stopping the overwork by hiring the appropriate number of workers to manage the store.
