They need to tighten up their hiring process. In the recent past, a few toxic people were hired who could've been weeded out had the right process and group of people been involved in hiring. Those toxic people then made it their mission to bad mouth the company when truly they were just not good fits for their positions or the team. Those toxic employees are no longer at the company.
