Working at MSUFCU has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The work is fast-paced, innovative, and always evolving which keeps every day exciting. Having an onsite cafe at the headquarters, a workout facility and coworkers who genuinely feel like family make it an even better place to work. You will only have a good experience if you get into specific areas of the credit union. Other places will burn you out and ruin your mental health completely no matter how much you communicate with management. Pay raises are small and it is almost impossible to get a raise outside of the yearly. And getting a promotion is even more difficult.
