Benefits, 401k matching, hours, coworkers that have been there for less than 3 years or are from other companies are great to work with

Cons

The leadership is very inexperienced and underdeveloped, not willing to listen to input, threatened by outsiders (those that come from other companies), judges others quickly. This is a place to get some experience when you are first out of college, but keep pursuing other opportunities for long term growth. Very few products and services and an outdated infrastructure, so not much to learn in financial services. You will outgrow the job quickly.

Working at MSUFCU has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The work is fast-paced, innovative, and always evolving which keeps every day exciting. Leadership is forward thinking and truly invests in employees through AMAZING benefits, education and growth opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Having an onsite cafe at the headquarters, a workout facility and coworkers who genuinely feel like family make it an even better place to work. I hope to retire from here as it's the best job that I've had.

Amazing co workers, great benefits, inclusive workplace for those with disabilities

Cons

You will only have a good experience if you get into specific areas of the credit union. Other places will burn you out and ruin your mental health completely no matter how much you communicate with management. Pay raises are small and it is almost impossible to get a raise outside of the yearly. And getting a promotion is even more difficult.
