Benefits are amazing. Fast growing organization with a lot of opportunity.

Cons

Favoritism is common throughout the organization. If you are on the CEO's good side, you'll be OK, if not, then you better start looking... Growing too fast, putting people in jobs before they are ready and placing outrageous expectations on them. Corporate culture preaches family values, but the workload is enormous and expectations unrealistic.

Working at MSUFCU has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The work is fast-paced, innovative, and always evolving which keeps every day exciting. Leadership is forward thinking and truly invests in employees through AMAZING benefits, education and growth opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Having an onsite cafe at the headquarters, a workout facility and coworkers who genuinely feel like family make it an even better place to work. I hope to retire from here as it's the best job that I've had.

Amazing co workers, great benefits, inclusive workplace for those with disabilities

Cons

You will only have a good experience if you get into specific areas of the credit union. Other places will burn you out and ruin your mental health completely no matter how much you communicate with management. Pay raises are small and it is almost impossible to get a raise outside of the yearly. And getting a promotion is even more difficult.
