no pros that I can think of

Cons

-pay is misleading -extremely unorganized -HR is outsourced and many times my pay was incorrect so it was hard to fight it -rude management -overall unethical company to work for

Pros

Some of the hardest working people I have ever met. A new commission structure means more money flexible time off paid outing with teams dog great management- three plus vp and owner

Cons

long hours very fluid office- if you need black and white structure this is not for you.

Get yelled at, Don't get paid commissions, No time off, No true breaks which are legal required by labor law
