Pros
Decent place to work, lots of freedom, easy to move up if you are competent enough.
Cons
Not a lot of clear direction from upper management (to be fair I worked when it was just starting out - looks better since), not much of a discount, have to be wary of loss prevention at most times especially if you’re working alone
