Everyone leave quickly because not everything is set in stone. You lose right like your brakes and everything else and it’s not under OSHA laws/employee laws of what they’re doing is legal. You start to hate the job more and more because management wants everything to be perfect, but not everything’s going to be perfect because it’s physically impossible. And it starts to suck over amount of time and you’ll lose people because they cannot handle the pressure in the awful attitudes of people surrounding them. It is just not a good job to be at and it’s not not worth the time and money and pay for doing so much work, but not for a livable wage.
