A stumbling unorganized experience - Team Lead Miniso Employee Review

Management has been seemingly trying to figure things out 3.5 months since opening, 0 prior training for the job (regional manager had to train me on register day of grand opening - my first shift), schedule is rarely even two weeks out, coworkers lack common sense and dependability, management hides any contact to HR, no consequences for negative behavior (leaving the register open overnight, rude comments from leads to associates)
