I gained a lot of hands-on experience with quality equipment and diverse, real-world scenarios that helped me learn quickly and develop resilience. The fast-paced, high-pressure environment definitely made me tougher. The company also hosts enjoyable parties and events.
Cons
There is a clear pattern of unequal treatment toward women, who are more frequently written up than male colleagues for similar conduct. The CEO’s behavior can be unpredictable and unprofessional—I witnessed him raise his voice over minor issues, such as not having Chrome pinned to the taskbar, despite a shortcut already being available. In several interactions, he struggled to communicate clearly and routinely ignored female employees, directing all conversation toward men and referring to me dismissively as “that girl.” This created an uncomfortable and discouraging work environment.
